FAQs

What is the H-2B Visa Program?

The H-2B nonimmigrant visa program allows U.S. employers to hire foreign workers to perform temporary, non-agricultural jobs that would otherwise go unfilled.

To participate, employers must obtain labor certification from both their State Labor Department and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). They must demonstrate that the need for workers is based on a one-time occurrence, seasonal demand, peak-load need, or intermittent basis, and that there are no qualified U.S. workers available to fill the positions.

What Happens After I Apply Online?

Once you’ve completed your online registration and submitted your application, our team will review your information and resume. If you meet the qualifications for any upcoming H-2B positions, you’ll be added to our pre-screened pool of candidates.

As soon as a job that aligns with your skills and experience becomes available, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Important: Your resume is your first impression with hiring managers. Applications without a current resume cannot be considered, so be sure to upload one to stay eligible.

How do I apply to go on the H-2B Program?

The first step is to schedule your H-2B consultation with our team. During this session, we’ll walk you through the program details, answer your questions, and help determine if you’re a good fit for upcoming opportunities.
